Advanced Helpdesk Sales Invoicing

It is possible to raise a Sales Invoicing through the Advanced Helpdesk, this enables Helpdesk Users to raise invoices at the appropriate stage of a job.

The link will open the Advance Helpdesk / Sales Invoice grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To generate or preview an invoice from the Advanced Helpdesk click Invoice Preview and Generation .

Any Rule Groups that could be used to generate this invoice will appear in the top window

Selecting the rule group and clicking Preview Task Cost Breakdown will allow a User the see a breakdown of the costs that the rule group will generate. If the costs are correct click Generate an invoice for the outstanding costs of the current Task , this will create the draft invoice.
